Mobile Inspections presents an innovative solution aimed at enhancing inspector productivity in the field while optimizing agency revenue. This untethered application operates as an extension of the EZFire Records system, which is a prerequisite for utilizing the Fire Mobile app available on iPad.

The application allows for immediate updates of inspection results, including any violations, directly to the EZFire Records Inspection and Permits modules. This syncing occurs either instantly or as soon as a Wi-Fi or cellular connection becomes available. Furthermore, inspectors are equipped to handle unscheduled inspections efficiently by downloading property records in the field without returning to the station.

Key benefits include a notable increase in productivity, timely and accurate inspection reporting, and enhanced customer service. Signed inspection reports are readily accessible to business owners and other stakeholders.

With EZFire Records Mobile Inspections, inspectors can:

 <li>Select an assigned building or hydrant inspection directly from a map or from a list of due inspections using the tablet touchscreen.</li>
 <li>Access complete premise registration records and make necessary updates while selecting the appropriate inspection type from a dropdown menu.</li>
 <li>Efficiently manage re-inspection activities by automatically displaying current violations at a location that can be marked as abated or updated.</li>
 <li>Record multiple violations of the same type without needing to reenter violation codes.</li>
 <li>Utilize a single on-screen button to document "No Violations Found" inspections.</li>
 <li>Record penalty amounts during inspections based on applicable codes and standards.</li>
 <li>Add remarks at any point using the tablet's onscreen keypad or a Bluetooth keyboard, with flexibility to include or omit these remarks on violation notices.</li>
 <li>Capture signatures directly on the tablet, with inspectors’ signatures securely stored.</li>
 <li>Email signed reports or print them on-site via Bluetooth printing capabilities.</li>

EZFire Records Mobile Inspections for Tablets is characterized by its:

This Mobile Inspections solution is exclusive for use with the Enterprise RMS edition that includes licensing for inspections through remote services. It also offers fire inspectors the ability to pin the locations of buildings and hydrants during inspections, utilizing the device’s GPS functionality.
