The application allows for immediate updates of inspection results, including any violations, directly to the EZFire Records Inspection and Permits modules. This syncing occurs either instantly or as soon as a Wi-Fi or cellular connection becomes available. Furthermore, inspectors are equipped to handle unscheduled inspections efficiently by downloading property records in the field without returning to the station.

With EZFire Records Mobile Inspections, inspectors can:

• Efficiently manage re-inspection activities by automatically displaying current violations at a location that can be marked as abated or updated.

• Utilize a single on-screen button to document "No Violations Found" inspections.
• Record penalty amounts during inspections based on applicable codes and standards.
• Add remarks at any point using the tablet's onscreen keypad or a Bluetooth keyboard, with flexibility to include or omit these remarks on violation notices.
• Capture signatures directly on the tablet, with inspectors’ signatures securely stored.
• Email signed reports or print them on-site via Bluetooth printing capabilities.
